Season 3 of Fortnite Festival brings a plethora of new updates and features for players to explore. The introduction of a new Festival Pass and an Icon skin featuring Billie Eilish have taken the Fortnite community by storm. However, the most significant announcement at the beginning of Season 3 is the support for guitar controllers in Fortnite Festival.

The Festival Pass for Season 3 has undergone significant changes to align it more closely with event passes like the Avatar Elements pass. Players can now purchase the premium Festival Pass for 1800 V-Bucks, which instantly unlocks a skin for the featured artist, in this case, the Green Roots Billie skin. Additionally, players can earn an exclusive bonus style at the end of the pass, a new feature introduced in Season 3.

One of the standout changes to the Festival Pass is the introduction of exclusive styles that can only be obtained through the pass. The Ultraviolet style of the Green Roots Billie skin, for example, will never be available in the item shop, making it a unique and sought-after cosmetic item for players to collect.

Progression and Quests

Players can progress through the Season 3 Festival Pass by completing Festival quests as they play. The pass offers a free track of rewards, including four jam tracks and the Lavatronik Bass. Players who opt for the premium track will unlock the new Billie Eilish-themed keytar and mic stand, as well as four new jam tracks and a variety of other cosmetics.

New Jam Tracks

The premium track of the Festival pass introduces four new jam tracks for players to enjoy. Songs like “Oxytocin” by Billie Eilish, “Friday I’m In Love” by The Cure, “Youngblood” by 5 Seconds of Summer, and “Maps” by Maroon 5 are just a few of the exciting tracks available to players who upgrade to the premium track.

Billie Eilish fans have much to look forward to in Season 3 of Fortnite Festival. While Eilish currently only has one skin available through the Festival pass, Epic has promised a new Item Shop skin to coincide with her upcoming album release. Additionally, players can expect three new jam tracks in the shop, along with two emotes inspired by Eilish’s music.

One of the most significant additions in Season 3 is the support for guitar controllers in Fortnite Festival. Three guitar controllers are officially supported: the Rock Band 4 Fender Stratocaster, the Rock Band 4 Fender Jaguar, and the PDP Riffmaster R controller. Guitar controllers will have their own separate charts and leaderboards, offering a unique experience for players who prefer this style of gameplay.

Epic has hinted at more news regarding instrument controllers in the near future, suggesting that support for plastic drums may be on the horizon. As Season 3 progresses, players can expect even more exciting updates and features to enhance their Fortnite Festival experience.

Season 3 of Fortnite Festival brings a variety of new features and updates for players to enjoy. From exclusive skins and styles to support for guitar controllers, there is something for everyone in this latest season. As Epic continues to expand and innovate, players can look forward to even more surprises and enhancements in the world of Fortnite Festival.
