The final chapter of the Apex Legends animated web series, Kill Code, left fans in shock as an army of Revenant clones were set loose. However, the story doesn’t end there. Respawn Entertainment, the developer of Apex Legends, has just announced an exciting new in-game event called the Uprising Collection Event. This event not only delves into the aftermath of Kill Code’s explosive final episode but also introduces a range of new content for players to enjoy.

The Uprising Collection Event, starting on December 5, promises an unforgettable gameplay experience. The event trailer suggests that players who join within the first hour of the event’s launch will be treated to a unique cinematic experience that sets the stage for the final battle of Kill Code. This intriguing teaser leaves fans eagerly anticipating what’s to come.

Accompanying the cinematic experience is a never-before-seen limited-time mode called Revenant Uprising LTM. This new mode offers an epic 30v30 battle, allowing players to choose which side they want to fight for. Players can either align with the legends and fight to survive or join Revenant and his army of clones to ensure the legends’ demise.

Those who choose to align with the legends will face a daunting challenge. Their mission is to reach the Evac Point while evading the relentless onslaught of Revenant’s Army. To intensify the struggle, a player-controlled Red-Eyed Revenant will lead the army and possess high-tier loot. Initially, the legend squad may have the advantage, but once wiped, they will respawn as members of Revenant’s Army. This dynamic allows for thrilling gameplay scenarios where the legends can be outnumbered and overwhelmed.

The cinematic experience offered by the Uprising Collection Event will only be accessible for one hour on December 5, from 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET to 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET. This exclusive window of opportunity heightens the anticipation and mystery surrounding the event. Apex lore enthusiasts certainly won’t want to miss this unique glimpse into the final battle of Kill Code.

Due to the extended duration of the event, players will have access to multiple weekly free reward tracks, offering additional incentives to actively participate. After the first week, the Revenant Uprising LTM will only be available on weekends, potentially for limited durations. Respawn Entertainment has outlined the availability schedule as follows:

– Tuesdays to Thursdays: Winter Express LTM (possibly)
– Fridays to Sundays: Revenant Uprising LTM

Although the Winter Express LTM might still make an appearance during weekdays, it’s clear that the focus will be on the intense battles unleashed by the Revenant Uprising Collection Event.

Curiously, the Revenant Uprising Collection Event seems to replace Apex Legends’ traditional holiday-themed Winter Express LTM. However, there is a possibility that Winter Express will still be available during weekdays, while Revenant Uprising takes over on weekends. The substitution of the typical holiday mode for an action-packed battle implies that Revenant is ending up on the Naughty List this year.

The Uprising Collection Event will kick off on Tuesday, December 5, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET, and will continue until January 1, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. Players are eagerly anticipating the release of this massive battle, which promises to be an unforgettable experience in the world of Apex Legends. Get ready to join the fight and choose your side carefully as the battle lines are drawn in this epic showdown.
